STEP ONE - CONCEPT

Our clients probably know what they need when they approach us but may not know how to get there. Our skills are in packaging engineering. Our approach is to listen and understand what our clients end objectives are and the products they want to display. Our team of professional packaging designers will work on an initial concept and an idea of complete project cost to present to our clients, from which, if approved, we can move to the next step.

STEP TWO - PROTOTYPE

Before we go too far with the design, we need to know the product will be fit for purpose. Therefore, we make a prototype. We also test the prototype, ensuring the shelving is strong enough to withhold the weights being stacked on them. It’s this attention to detail that gains the trust of our clients. How? We simply apply weights to the prototype having carefully chosen the right materials e.g., strength of board to be used. We ensure our products are fit for purpose.

With continued growth throughout 2022 and investment in plant and premises, we can offer storage in advance with onward deliveries around the country, giving our clients door to door reassurance that when they need their displays, we will meet their targets. Free Standing Display Units can be supplied in component parts to be built and fulfilled in our clients’ factories, wrapped individually for in store build or even fulfilled with customer product and shipped to distribution hubs.
